Transactions
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Transactions page serves as the Transaction Registry of the QAAY platform. It records every financial and operational action executed within the user’s account across all services, including Wallet operations, Borrow, Lend, Credit management, and system-triggered events. This page provides structured visibility into historical account activity and functions as the primary transparency layer of the ecosystem.
Each transaction entry represents a finalized system record containing essential execution data, including asset, Balance, timestamp, wallet classification, and transaction status. The page enables users to review their complete financial history in chronological order or refine their view through filtering tools. All transactions displayed are confirmed system events and cannot be altered, removed, or modified.

How the Transaction Registry Works
Section titled “How the Transaction Registry Works”The Transactions page functions as the platform’s Transaction Registry within the QAAY ecosystem. Every action that impacts balances, credit exposure, collateral allocation, interest accrual, or service s is recorded in the internal system and displayed in this section. This includes both user-initiated transactions and automated system-driven operations.
The Transaction Registry is immutable. Once a transaction has been confirmed and recorded, it cannot be modified, deleted, or altered by users or third parties. QAAY’s data integrity architecture ensures that all transaction records remain protected against tampering and unauthorized manipulation.
Transactions are stored permanently and remain accessible without limitation. Each record contains structured metadata that supports both human readability and system-level classification.
For asset purchase transactions, users can view the USD purchase price of each cryptocurrency within the transaction details. Each purchase entry displays the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction, allowing users to clearly review the asset’s original acquisition price.
The Transactions page, therefore, serves as the authoritative reference for all account activity within QAAY.
Transaction Recording Rules
Section titled “Transaction Recording Rules”For an event to be recorded in the Transaction Registry, it must be executed within QAAY’s operational environment and validated through the appropriate processing mechanisms. If a transaction involves blockchain interaction, it must receive the required confirmations before its status transitions to Completed.
Each recorded transaction includes verified information such as the asset involved, transaction Balance, timestamp, wallet classification, execution status, and internal reference identifier. System-generated actions, including automatic collateral adjustments or liquidation events triggered by risk controls, are recorded with the same level of transparency as user-initiated transactions.
Users cannot manually insert, edit, or remove transaction records. The Transaction Registry reflects only actual executed events.
Transaction Lifecycle
Section titled “Transaction Lifecycle”When a transaction is initiated, it enters a processing lifecycle. During this stage, the transaction may appear as Pending until all validation and execution requirements are satisfied. Depending on the outcome, the status may update to Completed, Failed, or Cancelled.
Upon successful completion, wallet balances are updated immediately within the relevant wallet context, whether Savings or Account Credit Line. If the transaction affects borrowing activity, related credit metrics such as Outstanding Principal, Available to Borrow, and Credit Score may automatically adjust in response.
Interest Booking entries are recorded at the moment interest is credited. Interest Repayment, Repayment, and Principal Repayment are logged as distinct categories to preserve cost transparency and accounting clarity. Loan Liquidation events generated by Credit Box risk controls are automatically written to the Transaction Registry, reflecting both the collateral sale and the resulting balance impact.
Users may download their complete transaction history as a CSV file. The exported file mirrors the immutable Transaction Registry data stored internally and can be used for accounting, reconciliation, tax reporting, or audit purposes. All transaction records remain permanently available within the system.
Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”The Transactions page should be regarded as the definitive record of all financial activity within QAAY. Regular review of transaction history enhances transparency and supports responsible account management.
Users are encouraged to periodically verify loan disbursement entries, repayment records, interest credits, service s, and any liquidation-related events. The filtering functionality enables focused review across defined time periods or transaction categories, which can assist in financial reconciliation or performance tracking.
Because the Transaction Registry is permanent and protected from modification, it serves as the authoritative reference point for discrepancies, audits, or historical analysis. Consistent monitoring of transaction history strengthens financial awareness and ensures accurate tracking of all activity within the QAAY ecosystem.
If users notice any unfamiliar or suspicious activity in their account, they should immediately change their account password and ensure that two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled. Users should also promptly report the activity to the QAAY Support team so that the incident can be reviewed and the system can be inspected for any potential security vulnerabilities.
