Fund

Fund embodies Qaay’s vision of shared growth by returning a portion of the platform’s value to the ecosystem in a structured and transparent manner. This value is distributed through three main channels: supporting developers, rewarding Qaay Token holders, and providing ecosystem rewards to eligible users. Fund is more than a distribution page; it is a key component of Qaay’s long-term strategy to strengthen the ecosystem and support its contributors.

TermDefinition
FundThe Qaay service page shows how ecosystem rewards and growth-aligned allocations are distributed to eligible participants.
Ecosystem RewardsA structured reward pool that returns value to participants who contribute to the growth and activity of the Qaay ecosystem.
Qaay OracleThe system engine evaluates platform activity and contribution signals to automatically drive Ecosystem Rewards, rather than through manual administration.
Qaay DevelopersIndividuals or teams developing projects that integrate with the Qaay Token and contribute to ecosystem growth.
ProposalA formal application submitted by a developer or team for review within the Ecosystem Rewards framework.
Non-Dilutive FundingDevelopment support allocated to approved projects does not reduce the ownership balance of existing token holders.
Token HoldersUsers who hold Qaay Tokens on the platform may qualify for periodic ecosystem reward distributions.
Dollar-per-Token AmountA quarterly reward calculation model for eligible token holders, where the available pool is converted into a value per Qaay Token for that period.
Quarterly DistributionThe process by which token-holder allocations are credited at the end of each quarter.
Qaay DropsRandom, real-time reward events are distributed to online users, often after completing activities, through in-platform mechanisms such as a reward wheel.
TransparencyThe practice of displaying approved initiatives, allocated budgets, project links, usernames, or reward amounts on the Fund page to ensure visibility and accountability.

Fund is Qaay’s ecosystem-allocation framework, designed to return part of the platform’s value to the ecosystem in a transparent, purposeful, and trackable manner. Fund is more than a reward page; it serves as a structural layer for shared growth, showing how value within Qaay is distributed among approved developers, Qaay Token holders, and eligible users who receive drops.

The Developers section supports projects and teams aligned with the Qaay Token ecosystem that contribute to its long-term growth. Entry requires a formal proposal and internal review. Projects are evaluated on technical alignment, ecosystem value, and long-term impact. Only approved initiatives qualify for non-dilutive support. Once approved, project details such as name, allocated budget, and related links are published periodically as part of the Fund transparency cycle.

The Token Holders section is for users who hold Qaay Token on the platform. Allocations are made quarterly, with each quarter’s reward pool converted into a dollar-per-token value. Eligible users receive rewards proportional to their Qaay Token balance during the distribution period. Once credited, rewards are immediately available and can be used directly, including through Swap.

The Rewards section within Fund covers Qaay Drops, which are real-time, event-driven rewards granted to eligible online users. This path differs from quarterly holder allocations and developer support. Qaay Drops are typically distributed after specific activities are completed, using in-platform mechanisms such as a reward wheel. These rewards are not periodic or guaranteed; they are intended to encourage ongoing engagement and activity within the ecosystem. To ensure transparency, usernames and reward amounts are published and updated regularly.

Fund in Qaay should be understood as a strategic ecosystem-distribution framework, not merely a reward page. Each of its three paths, Developers, Token Holders, and Qaay Drops, has its own logic, timing, and eligibility criteria, and they should not be treated as interchangeable. The role of Fund is to publicly and transparently show how Qaay returns a portion of the value created by the platform to the segments of the ecosystem that contribute to its stability, expansion, and long-term alignment.
