Referral

The Referral page in Qaay provides a straightforward program for generating scalable income through community participation. Users can invite others using a unique Referral Link or Referral Code and earn rewards based on the economic activity of those they invite.

The program uses a single-level referral model, so rewards are earned only from users who register directly through the referrer’s link. This approach creates ongoing income based on actual community activity, not one-time promotions.

The Referral service establishes a sustainable growth mechanism within the Qaay ecosystem. Each user receives a unique Referral Link and Code to onboard new participants. When a user registers through this link, their account is linked to the referrer.

Registration is completed either by clicking the Referral Link or entering the Referral Code during sign-up.

The reward model is activity-based. Referrers earn income when invited users engage in economic activities within Qaay, such as trading, lending, borrowing, or other qualifying actions. This ensures referral income is tied to actual platform participation rather than just user registrations.

The Referral program in Qaay is designed as a scalable, long-term income strategy. As invited users become more active, the referrer’s potential rewards increase, subject to platform limits.

The reward structure consists of two components.
First, USD-denominated rewards are credited instantly to the referrer’s account.
Second, Qaay Points are credited to the referrer’s account to encourage long-term engagement and sustained participation in the ecosystem.

The “Referral” page also serves as a monitoring dashboard. It provides performance visibility while protecting the personal information of invited users. Only aggregated and limited registration data is shown to ensure privacy compliance.

To receive referral rewards, the invited user must register using a Referral Link or by entering the correct Referral Code. The system automatically records the referral relationship during registration. If the user registers outside the referral process, the referral relationship cannot be assigned afterward.

Referral functionality requires no complex setup. Users simply share their referral link through the provided interface. The user’s Tier level affects earning potential; higher Tiers may unlock increased earning capacity or higher limits under the Maximum Possible Earn parameter.

The system calculates referral income based on predefined activity metrics within Qaay. Users do not need to claim earnings manually; rewards are credited automatically according to the platform’s reward logic.

After an invited user registers via the referral link, their activities are included in calculating the referrer’s potential income, in accordance with platform rules and eligibility criteria.

The “Referral” page displays income data by daily, weekly, and monthly performance. This allows users to monitor short- and mid-term trends generated by referral activity.

The Total Referral Users indicator shows the number of active users in the referrer’s community, and the maximum earning capacity is calculated based on the user’s current Tier level. The “Invited Users” table lists users who registered via the referral link, including their registration date and basic non-sensitive data.

The Referral Dashboard provides clear visibility into both the number of users you invited and the rewards you’ve earned from their activity. In addition to the total invited-user count, rewards are grouped by activity type, such as Disbursement, Swap, and Swap to Qaay.
The Earned Details section breaks down referral rewards by activity category, helping you identify which services contribute most to your rewards. Each category displays aggregated reward totals from invited-user activity.
This structure improves transparency by separating invited-user counts from insights into reward sources, enabling a more accurate evaluation of your referral results. No personal user data or transaction-level details are displayed.

All referral-related earnings are recorded in the platform’s “Transaction Registry.” These records are system-generated and cannot be modified or removed. Income calculations are performed automatically.

Referrals should be considered a long-term, scalable income strategy rather than a temporary promotional feature. Users who maintain communities, professional networks, or business audiences can leverage the program to build lasting value within Qaay.

Monitoring referral performance metrics enables informed strategic decisions, including assessing whether a Tier upgrade may improve earning capacity. The user’s Tier level directly influences the referral-earning structure in Qaay, as each Tier defines a maximum earning cap over a specified time frame.

Each Tier in Qaay defines a specific earning ceiling for referral income through the “Maximum Possible Earn” parameter. This means that the total amount of referral rewards a user can receive is determined by their current Tier level. Higher Tier levels provide access to a greater referral-earning capacity.

For example, under the Entry Tier, a daily referral earning limit may apply. If the daily cap is 100 USD and the referral network generates 1,000 USD in qualifying activity in one day, only 100 USD will be credited to the Referrer’s account. Any amount exceeding the Tier limit will not accumulate or carry forward.

If referral network income exceeds the earning cap for the user’s current Tier, only the permitted amount is credited to the Referrer’s account. Any excess beyond the Tier limit is not recorded, accumulated, or transferred to future periods. This mechanism ensures referral rewards remain aligned with each Tier’s structural limits.

This structure makes it essential for users with expanding networks to periodically review their Maximum Possible Earn value and assess whether upgrading their Tier is necessary to fully utilize their earning potential.

Because referral income is activity-based, encouraging informed, responsible participation among invited users leads to more sustainable results. As network engagement increases, aligning the Tier level with referral growth becomes an important strategic consideration.

While referrers can access aggregated and categorized income statistics, they cannot view individual transaction details of invited users. The design balances transparency for the referrer with strict privacy protection for participants.

Effective use of the Referral service supports structured community growth, diversified income streams, and long-term engagement within Qaay.
