Loyalty Tier
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Tiers page defines Qaay’s multi-level loyalty structure, which determines how the platform recognizes and rewards users based on their level of ecosystem commitment.
All earnings, interest rates, borrowing limits, cashback percentages, referral caps, and certain platform fees vary by user Tier level. A higher Tier reflects a stronger commitment to the Qaay ecosystem and unlocks enhanced financial benefits.
Key Concepts
Section titled “Key Concepts”| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Tiers Dashboard | The dedicated interface where users can review their current Tier, monitor upgrade eligibility, compare Tier benefits, and manage progression within the loyalty structure. |
| Tier Level | The user’s loyalty classification within Qaay, ranging from Entry to Business, determining financial conditions and platform privileges. |
| Current Tier / You are [Tier] | Indicates the user’s active Tier. All applied limits, earning rates, borrowing conditions, and fee structures are calculated based on this level. |
| Tier Ratio | The percentage of the USD value of QAAY Tokens relative to the total portfolio. This ratio determines Tier qualification. |
| QAAY Token Amount | The total quantity of QAAY Tokens currently held within the user’s Qaay Account. This amount represents one of the primary parameters used in Tier calculation and upgrade qualification. |
| QAAY Token Value | The real-time USD valuation of the user’s QAAY Token holdings, calculated based on current market pricing, serves as the basis for determining eligibility for a Tier upgrade. |
| Upgrade Your Tier | The section that allows users to upgrade to a higher Tier once the required conditions are met. After the upgrade, the system automatically activates improved benefits, including higher borrowing limits, better earning rates, and reduced platform fees. |
| Entry | The default Tier assigned upon registration. |
| Standard | The second Tier, activated after meeting the token or activity requirements. |
| Advance | A mid-level Tier reflecting stronger ecosystem participation. |
| Premium | A high-level Tier offering optimized financial parameters. |
| Plus | An elite Tier providing near-maximum cost efficiency and benefits. |
| Business | The highest Tier, designed for institutional or high-capital participants with expanded platform privileges. |
| Tier-Based Benefits | Financial advantages linked to Tier level, including improved earning rates, reduced borrowing costs, lower trading commissions, higher cashback, and expanded referral limits. |
| Tiers Cards | Structured visual panels that outline the financial parameters, benefits profile, borrowing terms, fees structure, and governance privileges associated with each Tier. |
| Token-Based Upgrade | Advancement achieved by maintaining the required proportion of QAAY Tokens relative to the Portfolio. |
| Point-Based Upgrade | Advancement achieved by accumulating sufficient platform activity points. |
How the Tier System Works
Section titled “How the Tier System Works”The Tiers system is Qaay’s structured loyalty recognition framework.
Tier classification is calculated by dividing the USD value of Qaay Tokens held by the user by the total USD value of their portfolio. This ratio determines the user’s Tier level. As the ratio increases, the platform recognizes a higher degree of commitment.
The Qaay Token serves as the core utility asset of the ecosystem. It fuels lending operations, pricing infrastructure, and risk management mechanisms. In return, the system is designed to provide stronger financial conditions for users who maintain higher exposure to the token.
Each Tier progressively unlocks improved borrowing limits, lower interest rates, increased referral earning capacity, higher cashback percentages, and better yield rates in Fixed and Flexible earning services.
The Business Tier represents the highest level within the Qaay loyalty structure. It is designed for institutional participants or users with significant capital exposure and provides the most comprehensive financial advantages and governance privileges within the ecosystem.
A complete Breakdown of Tier-specific numeric values is displayed in structured tables on the Tiers page.
Tier status is dynamic and updates automatically when qualification conditions are met.
Users are assigned to the Entry Tier upon registration, and advancement to higher Tiers requires maintaining a defined percentage of Qaay Tokens relative to the total portfolio.
Token-based upgrades depend on the USD value of held Qaay Tokens, not solely on token quantity. Therefore, changes in the token’s market price may affect Tier classification. A price increase may elevate a user’s Tier without additional purchases, while a price decline may reduce the Tier unless additional tokens are added.
Point-based progression reflects user activity, including borrowing, repayment, swaps, deposits, referrals, and ecosystem participation.
Upgrades occur automatically once the required threshold is reached. No manual approval or fee is required.
When a Tier changes, all associated platform conditions update automatically.
Borrowing limits adjust according to the new Tier ceiling. Interest rates are recalculated based on the user’s updated level at the time of computation. Cashback percentages, referral earning caps, and earning yields are modified accordingly.
Downgrades may also occur if the required token ratio is no longer maintained. Such changes may affect Credit Limit, fee structures, and applicable earning conditions. A Tier downgrade does not trigger liquidation. Even if the Outstanding Principal temporarily exceeds the updated Available to Borrow due to a Tier change, liquidation is governed solely by collateral value, LTV parameters, and Credit Status thresholds, not by Tier classification.
The dashboard transparently displays the current Tier status, progress toward the next level, and the percentage of required token allocation for advancement.
Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”Tier progression should be viewed as a strategic financial optimization tool rather than a cosmetic classification.
Users seeking lower borrowing costs, higher cashback, expanded referral income, or stronger earning yields may evaluate whether increasing token allocation or platform activity aligns with their long-term goals.
Withdrawals are not restricted by Tier level. Users may withdraw funds up to their available balance, with no limit on the number of withdrawals.
Because Tier status is based on ratios, portfolio composition management plays a critical role. Users may balance token exposure against liquidity needs and borrowing strategy.
Higher Tiers represent deeper integration within the Qaay ecosystem. The structure is designed to reward sustained participation, transparent capital allocation, and long-term engagement.
