Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Reward page is Qaay’s integrated loyalty and incentive system. Users earn Points and redeemable financial rewards by engaging in activities across the ecosystem.
Rewards are directly tied to financial behavior, service usage, referral growth, and platform engagement. Consistent and valuable participation leads to proportional reward accumulation.
The page consolidates all earned incentives into a single interface, allowing users to monitor balances, redemption capacity, and earning potential in real time.

How Rewards Work
Section titled “How Rewards Work”Qaay’s Reward system provides two main outputs: Points and redeemable financial value in USDx.
Points are non-monetary indicators earned through platform engagement and referrals. Financial rewards are redeemable values generated from ecosystem participation.
The system integrates with core services, including Borrow, Repay, Savings, Fixed Term creation, Swap transactions, Qaay Token usage, and referral growth.
Unlike traditional loyalty programs, Qaay’s Reward engine is directly linked to actual financial behavior and verified activity. Each eligible action is processed through a structured booking system to ensure consistent allocation.
A structured booking engine assigns predefined reward values based on activity type and Tier level.
Each qualifying action is categorized under a specific Reward Booking Rule. Once the activity is confirmed, the system automatically applies the corresponding allocation.
Point values are fixed per activity but increase with Loyalty Tier. Higher Tiers receive proportionally greater allocations for identical actions.
Referral-based USD rewards are credited to the Redeem Box. Tier Withdrawal Limits determine withdrawal eligibility. There is no limit on the number of redemption transactions, provided each withdrawal remains within Tier-defined limits.
All reward allocations are executed automatically.

Once an eligible activity is confirmed, the reward engine automatically calculates and allocates Points or monetary rewards.
Points increase the Total Points balance. Monetary rewards increase the Total Reward value or accumulate in the Redeem Box if generated through referral activity.
When a redemption occurs, the Redeemed Amount increases and the Remaining Amount decreases accordingly. The Total Amount always reflects the combined redeemed and available balances.
All reward transactions are permanently recorded in the Transaction Registry to ensure transparency and auditability.
Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”The Reward system should be considered an integrated ecosystem incentive framework rather than a standalone bonus feature.
Users who consistently engage with multiple services benefit from compounded exposure to both Points and redeemable rewards. Tier progression is key to maximizing earning efficiency. Higher Tiers unlock greater earning potential, increased reward allocation per activity, and higher withdrawal limits. Because reward allocation is activity-driven, responsible financial behavior such as consistent repayment, long-term participation in Savings or Fixed Term, and ongoing ecosystem engagement directly contribute to sustainable reward growth… The Reward page serves as both a performance dashboard and a structured incentive engine within the Qaay ecosystem.
The Reward system does not set daily or monthly earning limits. Users accumulate rewards based on platform activity and Tier-based redemption, making reward generation activity-driven rather than time-based.
