Qaay Hub

Qaay Zone provides a comprehensive platform for managing your assets and credit. Here, you can secure loans using crypto as collateral, lend assets for fixed terms with stable returns, manage active loans, optimize your credit limit, and access loyalty programs and membership tiers. All advanced credit and financial services are available in a single, user-friendly environment.

  • Borrow – Allows users to access funds from their credit line. The interface displays the available limit, current APR, and membership tier. Users select the loan type, receiving currency, and amount before confirming the request.

  • Lend – Enables users to earn interest by lending assets. Users select the asset, lending term, and amount. The page lists active lending contracts with APY and start/end dates.

  • Outstanding Loan– Gives a clear view of active loans: outstanding balance, remaining credit, APR, and tier. From this page, users can also borrow again or repay existing debt.

  • Credit Box – A real-time snapshot of your credit line, showing used vs. available credit. It offers quick Borrow/Repay actions and lists collateral assets with their LTV ratios and credit contribution.

  • Tiers – Explains Qaay’s membership levels and their borrowing benefits. Tiers are Entry, Standard, Advanced, Premium, Plus, and Business. Users see their current tier and how upgrading improves rates and limits.

  • Qaay Token – N/A

  • Cards – N/A

  • Always monitor your Credit line Value.

  • This Value indicates your remaining safe Credit Limit. A decrease signals increased risk and reduced Available to Borrow.

  • Liquidation Threshold is a critical threshold.

  • If your debt-to-collateral ratio exceeds this limit, the system may initiate automatic loan repayment to mitigate risk.

  • Check the LTV of each asset before borrowing.

  • LTV determines how much credit you can get from each token. Highly volatile assets may increase the risk of liquidation. These are dynamic and change with your Tier and Credit Status. A higher rate means a higher total cost.

  • Manage your Outstanding Loan amount.

  • A rising active debt reduces your Credit Line and increases the risk of liquidation. Repay or add collateral when needed.

  • In Lend, pay attention to APY and the contract end date.

  • APY reflects your actual return, while the end date indicates the duration your funds will be locked. Incorrect selections may reduce your liquidity.
